Upon submission to Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc., materials become the property of Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc. and submission shall be deemed a voluntary transfer to Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc. of all of the entrant’s right, title and interest (including, without limitation, copyright or any other propriety and common law rights) in a contributor’s materials. By submitting materials, a contributor unconditionally and irrevocably waives any and all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc. or any of its affiliates. By submitting materials to Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc. for entry into the contest, entrant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the terms of the contest set forth herein and agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions. By submitting entry materials to Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc., the entrant unconditionally and irrevocably releases and discharges Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc. and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors and independent contractors from any and all liability, losses, claims, damages, complaints, fees or expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, fees of other professionals, court costs and all investigative costs and expenses) incurred by entrant resulting, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest, acceptance or use of any prize, or arising out of Vibrant Life Publishing, Inc.’s use of the entrant’s entry materials.
